Sizing information

Some of our garments are available in XXL and 2XL. Please note that size 2XL is a different cut and shape to size XXL. 2XL is roomier and a more casual fit. As with most brands they can all fit slightly differently so if you would like us to take any measurements for you before you purchase online we are more than happy to do so.


IF WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR SIZE IN STOCK PLEASE ASK US ABOUT ORDERING ITEMS FOR YOU. If you need any further advice on sizing please get in touch.

Postage is £3.95 on all orders under £50, and FREE on orders over £50. 

We use Royal Mail 2nd class tracked and Evri as our couriers.

We try to get your order sent out as soon as we can, and where possible will send the same day, depending on when you place your order. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered.

If you are collecting from our store, please allow 1 working day from purchasing for us to get your order ready, and please check our current store opening hours for collecting. If you would like to collect your new clothing ASAP, just give us a call!

Refunds & Returns

For in-store purchases - please note we do not give refunds for items that are the incorrect size. In this instance we can exchange the item or provide a store credit note. If you need an alternative size or item there is a 14 day exchange period available. Please provide your original receipt. 


For all online orders - we check all garments thoroughly before sending out any online or telephone orders. If we are not satisfied with the quality of the garment and we don't have another in your size, we will contact you to offer an alternative product, credit note or refund. If you do receive a faulty or damaged item, then please let us know within 2 days of receiving your order. Please appreciate we are a small independent business and do not hold a large amount of stock. If something does not fit correctly we may not have an alternative in your size, so please ask us for any sizing information before ordering if you are unsure. 


Any items that are already reduced and marked as faulty are not eligible for return, including exchange or store credit note.


Any items that are on individual sale or part of a promotion/bundle are not eligible for return, including exchange or store credit note. This does not apply to general store sales (I.e. 10% off all store items) and our standard refund and return policy then applies.
